They scour the city scrounging, rooting, stealing and killing for any tech that can be repurposed into makeshift armor and weaponry. This gang answers to their leader, called a Mancer, who is rumored to imbue the gang’s stolen technology with arcane magic. Their gear is deadly and effective despite being nothing more than broken down, often obsolete, cobbled-together junk so maybe there is some truth to that.
